WebJan 6, 2024 · Hi there need help please. I cant get steam to open. If I right click icon I get loading wheel and nothing. When i right click steam icon I can access library (thank god) but I can not access anything else IE store community etc. I have tried closing in task manager and restarting etc. etc. I have contacted Steam a week ago and no response.
