You are essentially using a 360 on your One so there's no difference. Lego Harry Potter years 1-4 is also co op online. As far as I know, none of the Lego games on PC have online multiplayer. I have heard mention of mods to get online co-op in the past, but I've seen no actual proof or demonstration of this.
