WebJun 6, 2024 · Eon & Eon Next. What a calamity. They changed my account over a couple of weeks ago and still I cannot view any of my account history. It says I haven't got a Direct Debit set up yet they took a payment on 2nd June. I got an email this morning asking for a meter reading yet I have a smart meter and haven't had to submit a reading for years. WebOct 29, 2024 · 29-10-22. @ Chusty. How frustrating that this has become complicated again when it looked like the situation had been resolved. As others have said above, the payment method you need to ask for when you speak with E.ON Next staff is 'variable direct debit', as opposed to 'fixed direct debit' which is where E.ON Next specify the monthly charge.
