My first playthrough I build Amiri towards Falchion, as even a straight +4 Falchion with Improved Crit is amazing, but that Glaive - damn. Ivoretti's Great Axe is just straight +5 but lets you cast a 'fan of blades' spell 3 times daily, doing something stupid like 20D6 Damage - a real room clearer.
