If the goggles are flipped up you will have to flip them down and go back to equip it in order to activate. Mine work doing this, hope it makes sense. 1.

WebYou have press F11 for over a sec for it to actually perform the action (flip up/down visor) for some reason. Every time there is a cut scene (like when you enter / exit office), you have reequip the helm and re-activate the thermal vision again. It's still a pain but definitely much better than going through menu every time.
