I plugged this into WinISD quickly, max SPL graph. green is a martycube with a detuned UXL. orange is a martycube with a normal UXL. blue is sealed with a detuned UXL in the same volume as a martycube (about 6ft3) it suggests ~2dB advantage over sealed in its passband and a slightly peakier response.

If anything, it would make it worse. PA 460 + Mini Marty (UXL18) though is definitely a great combo if Devs are not in picture. I like the bass quality of Devs so much that I don't want to dilute it with any other subs.
